At project completion, DDC provides every client with a full Project Manual — a permanent record of the build from the first footing to the final finish. It includes detailed photo documentation of all underground utilities, wall interiors, and concealed systems, along with a full catalog of subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and materials used on site. This gives owners complete transparency on what was built, where it’s located, and who provided it, eliminating costly guesswork in the future. The DDC Project Manual is proof of performance — a traceable, maintainable record of the integrity behind every DDC project.
